Lodhi Club Underpass Repair Work Underway

Following numerous complaints from local residents and daily commuters, repair efforts have finally started at the Lodhi Club underpass, resulting in a temporary closure of the area for two to three days.

The initiative comes after the Punjab State Human Rights Commission took notice of the declining infrastructure and ongoing waterlogging issues at this location.

This underpass has gained a reputation for becoming a waterlogged area even after brief rain showers, creating significant risks and inconveniences. Issues such as damaged railings, ineffective drainage systems, and standing water have made it unpassable for extended periods.
