Urgent Advisory from GLADA

The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has released a crucial advisory urging allottees of both residential and commercial plots within its urban estates to promptly settle any outstanding payments.

Formal notifications are being dispatched to individuals who persist in defaulting on their dues. The authority has warned that failure to comply may lead to the cancellation of their allotments.

As part of this enforcement initiative, GLADA has already revoked the allotments for SCO No. 104 in Dugri Phase-1 and SCO No. 03 in Dugri Phases-1 and 2, located in Ludhiana. Officials indicated that the cancellation process will extend to other defaulters in the upcoming weeks.
