A new script of education reforms was written in Bhopal on Thursday. The stage was Kushabhau Thackeray Convention Center and the topic was the future of India's education system. The one-day state level workshop organized on “National Education Policy 2020: Implementation, Challenges and Possibilities” was inaugurated in the presence of Governor Mangubhai Patel, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. In the program, emphasis was laid on preparing the state's education system for the future.

MP first implemented NEP 2020: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh has the honor of implementing the National Education Policy 2020 first in the country. He informed that value based and technical education is being expanded in the state through 55 PM Excellence Colleges and Sandipani Schools. He said that Sandipani schools located in Indore and Ratlam of the state have been selected among the best schools at the national level, which is a matter of pride for the entire state.

Madhya Pradesh is the center of scientific, psychological and spiritual education: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan

In the program, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that Madhya Pradesh has been the center of scientific, psychological and spiritual education for centuries. He said that Ujjain has been a major center of time calculation since the Vedic period. Now is the time to present India's ancient education system to the world by connecting it with modern Artificial Intelligence, so that the world can recognize our rich culture and knowledge science.

Big step towards comprehensive transformation of education

Five special sessions were organized in the workshop, in which the following topics were discussed in detail:

• skill based education
• AI based learning system
• Possibilities of foreign universities
• School Education Reform and Digital Learning
• Industry-Academia Collaboration

Experts believed that this workshop will prove to be a strong link towards the comprehensive transformation of education.

Madhya Pradesh is now not only the leader of the country in implementing the new education policy but is also playing an important role in giving a new direction to the future of education.
