Political background and rising expectations

'Jana Nayagan' is a political story, which is very similar to Vijay's entry into politics in real life. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Mamita Baiju, Prakash Raj, Naren and Priyamani in important roles. Anirudh Ravichander has given its music, which has further increased the expectations about the film. Earlier there was a plan to release it on Pongal 2026.
