Starting from the New Panvel Fire Station, the rally proceeded via the bridge at Khanda Colony to Kamothe, from Kamothe to Monkey Point via the highway, then to Shilp Chowk, Ramseth Thakur School, and the Gram Vikas Bhavan, culminating at the Kharghar Fire Station.

The rally featured an impressive lineup of vehicles, including 10 bullet motorcycles, 4 jeeps, 2 Swift Dzire cars, and 12 fire engines from the Municipal Corporation's Fire Department.

Throughout the rally, the fire brigade was highlighted as a symbol of vigilance and readiness. Citizens were encouraged to actively participate in such initiatives and stay alert about fire safety. The rally delivered a powerful message: "Let’s unite to build a fire-safe India."

Fire Service Week is observed annually from April 14 to 20. It commemorates the sacrifice of 71 brave firefighters who lost their lives in the 1944 Victoria Dock explosion in Mumbai. This week is dedicated to remembering their sacrifice and spreading awareness about fire safety.

As part of the week, the Municipal Corporation’s Fire Department conducted various demonstrations, mock drills (including one at D-Mart in Kalamboli), training programs, and awareness activities. These efforts aim to make citizens, employees, businesses, and institutions more vigilant and prepared in matters of fire safety.
