On Sunday, Jacqueliene Fernandez, a Bollywood actress who most recently starred in the Sonu Sood film Fateh, was seen with Maye Musk, the mother of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, at Mumbai’s famous Siddhivinayak Temple. The visit follows the recent death of her mother. Normally, Jacqueliene would have celebrated Easter by going to church with her family, but this year she decided to spend the day in prayer at one of the city’s most sacred temples.

Maye Musk is in India, but why?

Supermodel and dietitian Maye Musk is in India right now to sell her book, A Woman Makes a Plan. In order to get blessings and find some tranquillity throughout their travels, Jacqueliene and Maye went to Siddhivinayak. “It was such a beautiful experience to seek blessings at the temple with my dear friend Maye, who is in India for her book launch,” Jacqueliene said in reference to the visit. Maye’s book is a testament to a woman’s tenacity. I’ve learnt a lot from it, most notably that age is only a number and shouldn’t dictate your aspirations.

The mother of Jacqueline Fernandez has passed away.
Kim Fernandez, Jacqueliene’s mother, died on April 6. According to reports, she passed away in Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. On March 24, she had a stroke and was sent to the intensive care unit. Jacqueliene attributed her emotional stability and support system to her mother, with whom she was thought to be quite close. The two had a close relationship, and Jacqueliene has spoken publicly about how her mother shaped her life and work.

Regarding acting, Jacqueline last appeared on screen alongside Sonu Sood in Fateh, the latter’s first feature film as director. Inspired by actual cybercrime incidents that occurred during the COVID-19 outbreak, the film is an action-packed thriller.

Alongside Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, Sonam Bajwa, Chunky Panday, Shreyas Talpade, and other actors, she will next be featured in Housefull 5. On June 6, 2025, Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani, will be released in cinemas. The movie has Sajid Nadiadwala’s support.
