As per the Hindu Panchang, Tritiya Tithi of the Shukla Paksha in the month of Vaishakh will begin on 29 April at 5:31 PM and end on 30 April at 2:12 PM. Since the Udaya Tithi (prevailing at sunrise) falls on 30 April, Akshaya Tritiya will be celebrated on 30 April 2025.

Shubh Muhurat for Griha Pravesh on Akshaya tritiya

While the entire day of Akshaya Tritiya is considered auspicious, those seeking a specific Shubh Muhurat for entering their new home can do so between 5:41 AM and 12:18 PM on 30 April. However, any sacred activity can be performed throughout the day without needing to consult a separate muhurat.

Griha Pravesh Rituals to Follow

  • Decorate the main entrance of your new home with flowers, garlands, and rangoli.
  • It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi enters from the main door, so keep the area clean and vibrant.
