On April 22, 2025, Delhi’s gold prices spiked. According to current prices, 10 grams of 22-carat gold are now selling at Rs 93,050, up Rs 2,750, while 10 grams of 24-carat gold are now dealing at Rs 101,500, up Rs 3,000.

In contrast, the price of silver is Rs. 1,01,000 per kilogramme.

On the global market, the price of gold has been erratic. During the wedding season, gold prices have dropped during the last several weeks, averaging around Rs. 90,000 for 10 grams of 24-carat gold and Rs. 100,000 for 10 grams of 22-carat gold.
