After completing his mandatory military service in South Korea, BTS' Kim Seokjin, also known as Jin, is making a strong comeback in the entertainment industry. The beloved vocalist and entertainer has been on a roll, juggling a packed schedule that includes variety shows, music projects, and global performances. Now, new reports suggest that the BTS member is set to make a thrilling appearance on Netflix's hit variety show 'Screwballs'.

According to South Korean media outlet OSEN, Jin has officially wrapped filming for his special episode on Screwballs, which is expected to drop in May following the end of the show's Busan Friendship Trip arc.

While Netflix hasn't made an official announcement yet, anticipation is already building across fandom and entertainment circles.

Launched in February 2025, Screwballs has quickly become a Netflix fan favourite, climbing to the top of Korea's "Today’s Top 10" list. Described as a chaotic comedy series full of quirky challenges and spontaneous laughter, it stars veteran entertainers like Kim Sook, Hong Jin-kyung, Jo Se-ho, Jo Woo-jae, and Jang Woo-young.

Jin's Post-Military Comeback

Since completing his mandatory military service, Jin has been unstoppable. He recently featured in multiple variety shows, including The Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island, Handsome Guys on tvN, and the digital hit Run Jin. He also made headlines by appearing in Netflix's Kian's Bizarre B&B, where fans loved his raw side.

Furthermore, Jin also surprised fans with a live performance during Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour in South Korea on April 22. The night turned emotional and electric as he reunited with the British band after three years, performing "My Universe" and his solo single "The Astronaut".

And if that wasn't enough, Jin is also gearing up for his first solo world tour, RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, kicking off in June. With back-to-back concerts scheduled across Asia, North America, and Europe (two nights in every city), it's clear he's not slowing down anytime soon.

Last but definitely not least, the singer is set to release his upcoming solo album, 'Echo', on May 16. Teasers, concept photos, and promotional content have already started rolling out, sending ARMYs worldwide into a frenzy.

Fans react to Jin's comeback

It's no surprise that fans are amazed by Jin's hard work and ability to juggle so much at once. Social media platforms, including Instagram and X, have been ablaze since the moment news broke about his Screwballs appearance.

A user on X asked, "Seokjin really doesn't sleep??" "A new version of Superman that is Kim Seokjin! He's got superpowers to do so much content! Take care, Jin. I wish you good health and endurance amidst your hectic schedule, including your solo world tour!" added another.

"Kim Seokjin, please please give a presentation on how to manage my time better I beg," a fan joked. While another expressed, "Did he have 100 hrs per day?? I badly need a time management session from Seokjin. He is working hard."
