Popular television actress Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya continues to share glimpses of her personal and professional life with her fans. This time, the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress offered a glimpse into a religious ceremony at her home. The star recently posted a series of heartwarming pictures on her Instagram, capturing moments from the Satyanarayan Puja performed alongside her husband, Vivek Dahiya.
The shared images show the couple deeply engrossed in prayer, their hands folded in devotion before the sacred fire of the havan kund. Another picture showcases a beautifully adorned image of Lord Satyanarayan, surrounded by the puja samagri (worship materials) and the prasad.
In her caption accompanying the photos, Divyanka extended her heartfelt wishes to her followers. She wrote, “Seeking blessings for friends and fam and you – reading it! May we all find the right path in life. May we choose to be better human beings. May we value our existence. May we value those who love us. May we have faith in good karma.”
For the puja, Divyanka Tripathi went all traditional and opted for a beautiful, vibrant blue salwar kurta set. Her minimal choice of accessories and perfectly styled hair, coupled with on-point makeup, grabbed the limelight. As for Vivek Dahiya, the actor was seen clad in a printed peach-coloured kurta set.
Meanwhile, the couple was recently in the news after their European tour last year took a tragic turn. They were robbed at a resort in Florence, Italy and the perpetrators took away their passports, cash, credit cards and other valuables. During their latest appearance on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast, Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya shared their struggle of returning home.
Talking about their professional life, Divyanka Tripathi last starred in the web show The Magic of Shiri. The 10-episode series, starring Javed Jaaferi, Darshan Jariwala, Namit Das and Nishank Verma, centres around the life of a homemaker whose life gets distressed after her family business shuts down. At this time, she grabs the opportunity to chase her long-forgotten dreams and become a stage magician.
Vivek Dahiya, on the other hand, was most recently seen in the music video Ishtam alongside Anaira Gupta. The romantic song, featuring a blend of Malayalam and Hindi lyrics, was released on April 14. Directed by Mahesh Anitha Kunta and co-directed by Tanmay Mohite, Ishtam is bankrolled by Surbhi Chandna’s production house, Feel Good Originals. Kavya Kriti, Yashraaj and Salamat Khan lent their vocals and Kavya Kriti composed the music.
