Rules like high intensity workouts and dinner four hours before bedtime are also part of this diet to keep yourself fit. However, it is also advisable not to have dinner for better results.

First week

The first three days of the diet, you have to consume cucumber, broccoli, cabbage, tofu, yogurt. Then eat chicken, fish, eggs or low fat food in the remaining four days. However, during this time, dairy products, flour and coffee are not to be consumed at all.

second week

This week you have to do intermittent fasting. Do not have dinner in it and take two miles a day. However, on the first day you have to fast for 24 hours. The next day you open it with high protein food. After this, consume protein shake twice every day. Keep in mind that do not consume carbs during this time. Eat vegetables and high protein food. Third and fourth week
