News, New Delhi: Kesari 2 Box Office Collection Day 23: Kesari Chapter 2, which will soon complete a month of its release, is moving towards its farewell day. Along with Akshay Kumar, this legal drama also stars Ananya Pandey and R Madhavan in important roles. The story of the Kesari sequel focuses on the journey of C Shankaran Nair to highlight the truth of the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh murder case.

Earned Rs 1.05 crore at box office

Co-made by Karan Johar, Kesari Chapter 2 these days holds a stable grip at the lower level. The court room drama earned Rs 1.05 crore at the box office on the second Saturday. The Kesari sequel has increased by 75 percent a day after a net business of Rs 60 lakh.

Kesari 2, directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, earned Rs 45 crore in the first week of its release.

In the second week, legal drama earned Rs 27.75 crore. After this, the holdover release with Red 2 and Bhootni in the third week earned Rs 8.75 crore. Akshay Kumar and Ananya Pandey’s film has grossed Rs 83.15 crore in 23 days.
