Method: Soak soybean dal overnight and urad dal in water for one hour in the morning. Mix both pulses and grind it with some water. Put the paste in a bowl and mix chopped onion and green chillies and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Make a small ball of the mixture and deep fry it in oil or cook in the idli maker with some oil. After cooking, soak their oil with tissue paper. Whisk the curd in a bowl and keep them in it for some time. Serve 1-1 curd in the plate with green coriander and salt and spices as per taste.
