Delhivery closed the fiscal year FY25 by reporting profits in every quarter. The logistics major today reported a consolidated net profit of INR 72.6 Cr in the fourth quarter of FY25 as against a loss of INR 68.5 Cr in the year-ago quarter.
Sequentially, the company’s profit nearly tripled from INR 25 Cr. With this, the company reported its maiden profitable fiscal year in FY25, with a net profit of INR 162.1 Cr as against a loss of INR 249.2 Cr in FY24.
Meanwhile, operating revenue grew 6% to INR 2,191.6 Cr in Q4 FY25 from INR 2,075.5 Cr in the year-ago quarter. However, it declined 9% quarter-on-quarter from INR 2,378.3 Cr.

Including other income of INR 111.9 Cr, Delhivery’s total revenue stood at INR 2,303.5 Cr during the quarter under review. Its expenses for the quarter stood at INR 2,248.6 Cr, down 0.4% YoY and 8% QoQ.
“We continue to deliver steady performance in our core transportation businesses. Our ongoing measures to improve profitability are visible in Q4 numbers and we expect continued momentum on this front as growth picks up in FY26,” Delhivery MD and CEO Sahil Barua said.
The logistics company’s fast transit delivery service, Express Parcel, accounted for the biggest chunk of revenue. It generated a revenue of INR 1,256 Cr in Q4 FY25, up 3% YoY.
The shipment volumes for this vertical stood at 177 Mn in Q4 FY25, up a meagre 1% YoY to 176 Mn.
Delhivery attributed the lukewarm growth in Express Parcel shipments for the full fiscal FY25 to a decline in overall 3PL industry volumes and consumption headwinds.
The revenue of Delhivery’s partial truck load service registered a 24% YoY growth to INR 517 Cr. For this vertical, volumes grew more healthily to 458K MT (metric ton), up 19% YoY.
However, the other segments for the company registered a degrowth in the quarter. While revenue from its supply chain services fell 2% YoY to INR 229 Cr, truckload revenue contracted 13% to INR 151 Cr.
Shares of Delhivery ended today’s trading session 0.56% lower at INR 322 on the BSE.
