Triumph, the industry leader in the two-wheel market, has increased the size of its fleet in India and introduced the XC, a new Scrambler 400 model. With a starting price of Rs 2.94 lakh (ex-showroom), it is 28,000 more costly than the ordinary model.

Customers now have additional alternatives thanks to the company’s availability of the variation in three new color selections. Vanilla White, Storm Grey, and Yellow are in the list. The most recent trim is now available for purchase at authorized dealerships nationwide.

What’s New

Speaking of the main features, the Scrambler 400 XC now has cross-spoke, tubeless wheels that are the same size as the normal avatar, measuring 19 to 17 inches in diameter. With a body-colored flyscreen and front fender, it maintains its powerful stylistic statement. Because of this, it seems bolder and better than the standard model.

In addition, the motorbike is further protected with engine crash guards and an aluminum sump guard. The company has also put better graphics on the side and a fuel tank to help it stand out in the sector. The suspension system provides a good ground clearance of 195mm and 150mm of travel at both ends.

Power and Engine

The heart has not been touched. Accordingly, the same 398cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces a maximum of 39.5 horsepower and 37.5 Nm of torque powers the Scrambler 400 XC. A six-speed gearbox is mated to the unit.

Comfort

The ground clearance is 195 mm, the suspension arrangement has 150 mm of travel at both ends, and the seat height is 835 mm. A USB charger, ride-by-wire throttle, assist and slipper clutch, traction control, and switchable ABS are among the features.
