When you feel hungry, there is a sound from the stomach, headache, irritability and feeling difficulty in meditating on anything. Some people feel hungry again after eating. Health experts say that there may be some special reasons behind this.

Not taking sufficient amount of protein-
It is necessary to take sufficient amount of protein to control hunger. Protein has appetite -reducing properties that help in consuming less calories. Protein helps in creating hormones that indicate not getting hungry and filling stomach. If there is a lack of the essential amount of protein in your body, then you may feel hungry again and again. According to the study, people who take high amounts of protein think less about eating. A large amount of protein is found in meat, chicken, fish and eggs.

Do not sleep
Good sleep is very important for a healthy body. This helps in running the brain and immune system correctly. Sleep is also to the digestive system. Ghralin hormone is under control indicating hunger by taking sleep. At the same time, due to lack of sleep, this hormone increases and repeated hungry. Due to adequate sleep, the level of gruelin hormone remains in sufficient amount in the body. This does not make hunger quick. For this, take at least 8 hours of sleep.

Eating too much refined carbs-
Refined carbs are highly processed and lack fiber, vitamins and minerals. Bread and pasta made of fine flour have the highest refined carbs. Soda, candy, baked food contain processed sugar which causes damage like refined carbs. Due to lack of fiber, things with refined carbs are digested very quickly and hunger is quickly. Instead of refined carbs, eat nutritious things like vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains.

Lower fat in diet-
Fat has an important role in keeping the stomach full. Eating fat food keeps the stomach full for a long time. If you do not eat fat things in the diet, then you may feel hungry. You can also increase the amount of fat in the diet with many nutritious things. Eat fatty fish, coconut oil, walnuts, avocado, eggs and full fat yogurt.

Drinking less water-
Hydration is very important for the fit body. Drinking water keeps the mind from the heart to the heart. Drinking water keeps both skin and digestion right. Water also works to fill stomach and drinking water before eating food reduces hunger. Those who drink less water feel hungry. To keep yourself hydrate, drink water throughout the day and eat vegetables and fruits that have high water quantity.

Low fiber food-
Lack of fiber in the body causes hunger quickly. Eating more fiber food helps in controlling hunger. Eating more fiber food empties the stomach late and the food slowly digests. Fiber foods make hormones that reduce appetite, which keeps the stomach full for a long time. Include oats, flax seeds, sweet potato, oranges, nuts and whole grains in your diet.

Ignore food-
Due to busy lifestyle, most people are unable to pay much attention to food. Eating quickly affects health. You are unable to pay attention to how much food you are really eating. Because of this you do not understand when the stomach is full and when not. According to the study, those who do not pay attention to eating leisurely compared to eaters are hungry quickly.

On doing too much exercise-
Those who do more exercise, they burn more calories. According to research, people who regularly exercise very much, their metabolism works at a fast pace. Due to energy in exercise, they feel hungry quickly. For this, you increase the amount of fiber, protein and halty fat in your diet.

On drinking too much alcohol-
According to the study, drinking too much alcohol affects hormones that reduce appetite. Especially when drinking alcohol before eating food. People who often drink alcohol feel hungry. People who drink too much alcohol consume 30% more calories than other people. Also, these people also eat more high fats and high salt food. Alcohol not only increases hunger but also has a bad effect on the brain.
