The actor in an exclusive chat with Times of India TV opened up about his decision, he said, "I would like to clarify that my decision to step away from the show is not related to the age of the character. I have no hesitation in portraying a character older than my actual age. However, with the recent leap in the storyline, I believe the focus of the show will now shift more towards the new cast ."
He further added, "Naturally, the narrative will revolve around their journey, and it feels like the right time for me to explore new opportunities. Additionally, it has been almost a year since I’ve been away from Mumbai, and I’m truly missing the city. I feel this is the right moment to return, both personally and professionally."
