Maharashtra Expressway: Thousands of kilometers in length are being developed by the government at the Center through the Personnel. Through this project, the Green Field Expressway is being developed between Surat and Chennai. The project will be completed through the National Highway Authority and a large update has now come in the context of this project.

In fact, this route will pass through our Maharashtra. The highway has been proposed from Nashik, Ahilyanagar, Beed, Dharashiv and Solapur districts in the state. Meanwhile, a huge update has come to light in the Section of Nashik to Akkalkot in Maharashtra of Surat Chennai Highway.

What is the new update?

Nashik to Akkalkot, which comes under the Surat-Chennai Economic Highway, has been approved by the Public Private Partnership Assessment Committee.

This section will be 374 kilometers in length a fully access control section, and this section will remain in the same section of the highway. We would like to tell you that earlier this section was planned to work under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

But now the government has decided to make a big change in this. Now, it has been decided to work on the Bot (Toll) section of the Surat -Chennai Green Field Expressway project.

As a result, financial burden on the government is going to be reduced and it is hoped that the project will speed up. With this new decision, the contractor working for this project will make it possible to return the investment on the basis of toll recovery.

Nashik to Akkalkot journey in just four hours

We want to tell you that the important section of Nashik to Akkalkot – Chennai Green Feed Express Way has been divided into two parts. There are two departments from Nashik to Ahilyanagar and Ahilyanagar to Akalkot.

The distance from Nashik to Ahilyanagar will be 152 kilometers and the distance from Ahilyanagar to Akkalkot will be 222 kilometers. Surat Chennai Greenfield Expressway will go from five districts of the state.

Due to this new route, experts believe that the distance from Nashik to Akalkot can be crossed in just 4 hours. In fact.

Due to this new project, the integrated development of five districts of Nashik, Ahilynagar, Beed, Dharashiv and West Maharashtra will be accelerated in North Maharashtra. Sources have received information that the direct connection to the northern end of the highway will be accompanied by the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway near the Navswari.

As a result, this highway will speed up the journey between Surat and Chennai, as well as a great revolution in the north-south communication of the entire country. Meanwhile, a new tender will be released on the bot model for the section between Nashik and Akkalkot soon.
