A YouTuber's Filming Adventure Turns Fatal

Koraput: A distressing video has surfaced on social media, depicting a 22-year-old YouTuber being swept away while filming at the Duduma waterfall in Odisha's Koraput district.

Reports indicate that the YouTuber went missing on Saturday.


Identified as Sagar Tudu from Berhampur, he was filming under the name Sagar Kundu on his YouTube channel. While using a drone to capture footage near the waterfall, he became stranded on a rock as the water level unexpectedly surged, according to sources.


The viral footage circulating online shows rescue attempts using ropes as he clung to the rock, but the powerful current ultimately swept him away.


This incident occurred after water was released from the Machakunda dam due to heavy rainfall in the Lamtaput area, as per reports.


Authorities have initiated a search operation.
