A major supermarket has launched a new delivery service which offers shoppers the chance to access vital medication.

Morrisons has announced the revolutionary system as part of a move to help struggling Brits with their health. The service comes at a time when the faces mounting pressure on their services, with high demand sparking lengthy wait times and appointments.

In a bid to help tackle the demand, ‘' is operating as an online private prescription service, which delivers medication straight to people's doors - for free. The paid-for medication will range from emergency contraceptives, acid reflux to migraines. In total, medications are available for 12 different conditions.

The resource promises patients that their items will be delivered "quickly and conveniently" - all without the need for a appointment. To get started, customers must visit the new website and complete a questionnaire. Once the survey is filled out, the team will be able to examine whether the medication is suitable or not.

The popular launched the service in partnership with digital pharmacy, Phlo, which will dispense the prescription once approved.
