MHADA 2025 Lottery Mumbai: On February 5 at 1 pm, the Konkan Housing and Area Development Board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will conduct a computerized lottery for the sale of 2,147 apartments and 110 plots in Kashinath Ghanekar Natyagruha, Thane.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar will lead the event, according to Reva Gaikar, the Konkan Board’s chief officer.

24,911 applications and money deposits were made by potential purchasers via the MHADA Lottery. The apartments and plots in Thane, Raigad, and Sindhudurg districts are part of a number of housing initiatives created by the Konkan Board.

The deadline for applications was October 11, 2024. Applicants have until 11:59 p.m. on January 6, 2025, to submit their applications online. Up to January 7, money deposits may be paid for online or during business hours using RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) or NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer).

On Monday at 6 p.m., the MHADA website released the preliminary list of qualified candidates. Candidates have until Wednesday at 5 p.m. to voice any concerns or objections to the provisional list. At 6 p.m. on Friday, the final list of qualified candidates was made public on the same website.
