The state politics has been hot in the case of the death of Shivkumar Sharma, a young man in Khargar, Maharashtra. Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nitesh Rane has written a letter to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in this regard and alleged that two Muslim youths are involved in the murder of a Hindu youth in Kharghar. He alleged that he was beaten to death with a helmet on a minor matter.

Nitesh Rane demanded that the accused were returning from the religious conference Ijtima. Ijtima's program in Kharghar was from 31 January to 2 February. Returning from this program, Muslim youth created a fierce fierce and took the life of a young man riding on a motorcycle on a small matter. The incident took place in Navi Mumbai at 8:30 pm on 2 February.

He demanded from the CM that the organizers of the Istima program organized in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai should be ordered to be ordered to be arrested and an inquiry should also be conducted through a high level committee.

Accused absconding after attack, police is searching

Since the attack, both the accused are absconding and the police is looking for him. Senior Police Inspector Deepak Surve of Kharghar police station said that both the victim and the accused were going on the same road. The accused was going from Scooty and the victim was going by bike.

Police say that the victim had moved ahead by takingover the accused. Angered by him, the accused chased him and stopped him near the signal and started a fight. He was admitted to the hospital in an injured state, where he died due to blotting in the head during treatment.

The police have registered a case of murder and started searching for the accused with the help of CCTV cameras. A case has been filed against the accused under 42/2015, Indian Justice Code, Cen 103 (1), 351 (3), 3 (5).

Police say that the age of an accused is about 22 years. The color is fair. Full baby is wearing a kurta and pajama. Black sandals in the legs, white helmets in hand and other accused are about 25 years old. The color is fair. Black colorful women are worn to the feet. There is black slippers in the feet. The accused has not been arrested yet. Both the accused are absconding since the murder and investigation is being done.

Abu Azmi angry over Nitesh Rane's statement

On the other hand, Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi reacted to Nitesh Rane's statement and said that Nitesh Rane is a priest of hatred. Such people who work to fight Hindu-Muslim to spoil the atmosphere of Maharashtra all the time. I demand from the CM that he should be thrown out of the cabinet.

He said that if Nitesh Rane is saying that after the Ijtema, some people involved in it died in the beating, then the police should investigate that case and punish the convict. But for any such incident, it is absolutely wrong to demand a ban on Ijtema in Maharashtra. In Ijtema, how should Muslims live together with people of other religions including Sharia and religion.
