New Delhi: MI New York won the 27th match of Major League Cricket-2025 (MLC). The team won by six runs against Los Angeles Knight Riders in Florida. Knight Riders have been out of the playoff race with this defeat.

Los Angeles Knight Riders have won only one match out of nine this season. The team is at the bottom of the points table, while MI New York has won three out of nine matches. The team, who is in fourth place in the points table, still has a chance to reach the playoffs.

After losing the toss in the match, the team of MI New York, who came out to bat first, scored 142 runs losing nine wickets. For the team, Kiron Pollard scored 50 runs in 36 balls with the help of four sixes and a four. Apart from him, captain Nicholas Puran scored 30 runs in 24 balls.

From the opposition team, Shadly van Fankvik took the most three wickets, while Jason Holder and Corne Dry got two successes each. Sunil Naren had a wicket. In response, Los Angeles team could score only 136 runs after losing four wickets in the scheduled overs.
