Sonbhadra / Uttar Pradesh –
With the aim of further strengthening the law and order in the district, an orderly room was organized at Robertsganj police station by Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma on Wednesday, 08.04.2026. The meeting completely focused on result based review, in which each important point was discussed in depth and clear guidelines were given.
Pending investigation – After closely reviewing the investigations pending for more than 60 days and 90 days, it was directed that all investigations should be completed impartially, evidence based and in a timely manner. Providing speedy justice to the victims and punishing the culprits should be a priority.
Public hearing and IGRS —
While reviewing the cases to IGRS portal and public hearing, it was said that every complaint should be resolved in a satisfactory and transparent manner. If negligence is found at any level, strict action will be ensured.
Women’s safety –
While reviewing the crimes to women registered on the ITSSO portal, it was directed that zero tolerance policy should be adopted in such cases. All necessary actions should be ensured on priority to provide quick assistance and justice to the victims.
Road Safety (ZFD) —
While reviewing the Zero Fatality District (ZFD) campaign, instructions were given to increase intensive checking, strict adherence to traffic rules, awareness about helmet/seat belt and effective enforcement action to reduce road accidents, so that concrete results can be achieved towards making the district accident free.
On this occasion, Additional Superintendent of Police Headquarters Anil Kumar, Area Officer City Randhir Mishra and Inspector and investigators in-charge of Circle City were present.
