After the victory over Mumbai, captain Ryan Parag praised the entire team. He said that he is very happy with the way the team has performed in every match. According to Parag, “I was confident from the beginning that our team is strong. At the time of the auction itself, it was clear that we have a good core group, which is young and has the ability to win matches. Even though people from outside did not have faith in us, but now we want to change everything with our performance.”

Captain Parag specifically mentioned the important players of the team. He described the opening pair of Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Yashasvi Jaiswal as the best pair of current times. Parag said that both the players have tremendous talent and maturity at a young age, which makes them different from the rest. The team has also shown great balance in bowling. Parag praised the fast bowling of Joffra Archer and Nandre Berger and said that both the bowlers have excellent control with a speed of 145-150 km/h, which can prove dangerous for any batting lineup.

Expressing confidence in the opening pair, Parag said, “According to me, our opening pair is number-1 at the moment. Vaibhav has adapted himself to the conditions and Jaiswal has been performing consistently well for the last 3-4 years. The skill and understanding of both of them make them special.” With three consecutive wins, Rajasthan Royals have not only created a strong position in the points table, but have also shown that the team looks balanced and dangerous in every department this season.
