Ketan Murder Case Update: To solve the mystery of Ketan Agarwal murder case that took place in the famous Lohgarh Fort of Pune, the police has doubled the pace of its investigation. On Sunday morning, Lonavala Rural Police reached the spot i.e. Lohgarh Fort with both the main accused, fiancee Siya Aggarwal and her friend Chetan Chaudhary.

The police reached there and recreated the crime scene to understand the entire incident. Considering the seriousness of this very sensitive matter, many senior and senior officers of the police department themselves were present on the spot. The police team had also taken with them a dummy made of fibre, through which it could be understood how the incident was carried out.

This is how the crime was committed

According to police sources, fiancee Siya Aggarwal finally broke down in front of the crime scene recreation and strict interrogation. He confessed his crime to the police and narrated the entire story of that dreadful conspiracy. Siya told that she and Ketan were standing at a very high point of the fort. As per the plan, Siya suddenly sat on the ground and started pretending to tie her shoelaces. As soon as Siya bent down, her friend Chetan Chaudhary came quietly from behind. Before Ketan could understand anything, Chetan pushed him towards a deep ditch with full force.

Fell into a 300 feet deep ditch

After police investigation and retelling of the incident, it has become clear that Ketan could not control himself due to this sudden attack. As soon as he was pushed, he lost his balance completely and fell straight down into a ditch about 300 feet deep. Ketan died on the spot due to falling from such a height. As part of the conspiracy, Siya had made the excuse of bending down and tying the laces to save herself and to stay away from Ketan’s grip so that Ketan could not catch her while pushing. The police have also prepared a detailed video of this entire recreation process and Sia’s confession, which will be presented as major evidence in the court.

The method of death was searched on Google

Another very shocking revelation has come to light in this matter. Through technical investigation and mobile forensics, the police have come to know that Sia and Chetan had taken the help of internet before murdering Ketan. Both the accused had searched through Google on their mobile phones about different ways to commit murder and avoid getting caught. This proves that Ketan’s death was not an accident, rather it was a cold-blooded and well-planned murder.

Plan C was also ready for murder

The most shocking thing about this murder case is that even before June 18, an attempt was made to kill Ketan. On June 14 also, both of them had planned to murder Ketan. That day Siya had even pushed Ketan, but luckily Ketan got stuck with the help of the bushes present there and his life was saved. When a frightened Ketan asked Siya why she pushed him, Siya cleverly lied that there was a snake there and that she had moved it to save him from the snake. According to media reports, both of them had also prepared a backup plan i.e. ‘Plan C’ that if Ketan had survived even on June 18, he would have been killed in some other way.

Fiancee Siya was under pressure to marry

This entire incident took place on June 18th, when initially Ketan’s death was being considered an accident. However, later the police became suspicious and the investigation proceeded. According to Lonavala Rural Police, the main accused Siya Goyal was actually not in favor of marrying Ketan. She agreed to this relationship due to immense pressure from her family, but she wanted to get Ketan out of her way. For this reason, he along with his friend Chetan Chaudhary hatched this entire conspiracy. Both of them were arrested on June 23 and the court sent them to police custody for seven days till June 29.

The case will proceed in fast track court

After this painful incident, the victim’s family had appealed for justice. Ketan’s father had met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in Pune and demanded a speedy investigation into the matter. Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, the Maharashtra Government has given approval to try this entire case in the fast track court. Along with this, the country’s well-known and senior lawyer Ujjwal Nikam has been appointed as the government lawyer for this case. The Chief Minister has assured the victim’s family that the culprits will not be spared at any cost and they will be given the harshest punishment.
