Swiggy Instamart has partnered with Kalyan Jewellers for Dhanteras . The quick-commerce platform said the partnership, offered through its sellers, brings the jeweller’s gold coin collection to customers, including 0.1-gram coins. A limited promotional offer also gives eligible buyers a free 1-gram silver coin with their purchase.

According to the company, the first 1,000 customers across India each day who buy an eligible Kalyan Jewellers gold coin on Instamart between November 1 and 6 will receive the silver coin. Separately, gold coin purchases come with a digital discount voucher described as worth a 5-gram silver coin. Both benefits are subject to terms and conditions, with the offers applying to select products and depending on availability.

Who can get the free 1-gram silver coin

The silver coin offer is limited to the first 1,000 qualifying customers nationwide each day during the six-day promotional period. Customers must purchase an eligible Kalyan Jewellers gold coin through Instamart.

The daily limit means the free silver coin is not guaranteed with every gold purchase. The press note does not specify a daily reset time or explain how customers can check whether they fall within the qualifying group.

How does the digital voucher work

Instamart said every Kalyan Jewellers gold coin purchase entitles the customer to a free digital discount voucher worth a 5-gram silver coin, subject to the offer’s conditions.

Customers can redeem the voucher at Kalyan Jewellers stores across India until December 31. This is a separate benefit from the physical 1-gram silver coin available to the first 1,000 daily buyers.

The announcement does not detail any minimum purchase requirement or other redemption conditions for the voucher.

Which gold and silver coins are available

The Kalyan Jewellers collection includes gold coins starting at 0.1 gram. Instamart also said its wider festive selection includes gold coins weighing 0.5 gram to 10 grams and silver coins ranging from 1 gram to 100 grams.

The partnership targets purchases ahead of Dhanteras, when buying precious metals is customary.

What Instamart says about demand

Instamart reported that gold purchases on its platform grew 258% year on year over the past 12 months, while silver purchases increased 185%. The press note does not specify whether these figures measure order numbers, sales value, or quantities purchased.

Bengaluru led gold and silver shopping on the platform, followed by Mumbai and Hyderabad. During this year's Akshaya Tritiya, Instamart said gold purchases rose nearly 50%, with 0.5-gram, 1-gram, and 2-gram coins the most popular denominations.
