In a first, an Indian start-up Topmate.io has launched an interesting service that promises a 10-minute "delivery" of experts who can guide you in real-time and answer your queries.


The company's marketing lead Nimisha Chanda announced the news on X.


She highlighted the convenience of the service saying, "No more guesswork. No more endless Google searches. Just instant access to experts who've been there, done that."

Topmate.io's service is available daily from 6:00pm to 10:00pm giving users a direct line to industry professionals.


The start-up has a network of over three lakh experts from different fields, who are available to assist users in real-time.


The company has already won the trust of over a million users and boasts an impressive 4.9-star rating, which speaks volumes about user satisfaction with its services.

Chanda also shared an update on the start-up's newly launched feature, revealing its strong initial response.


She said, "We received around 1,500+ call requests, 530+ completed calls across different categories."


This shows users are actively engaging with the service and finding value in it.


So far, the most popular category has been resume review, highlighting the demand for career-related advice and guidance.
